You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing harmful material, attempting unauthorised access, or using it in any way that could damage or impair its operation. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the site without notice.

Our products are handcrafted from natural fibres. As such, slight variations in colour, weave, and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces colours precisely.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed only once we send a despatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable or where there has been a pricing error.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

Delivery options, timescales, and charges are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to return items and receive a refund is described in full on our Shipping & Returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are exempt from our standard returns policy.

All content on this website including text, imagery, graphics, and the Crown Selections name and logo is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable, or for any loss arising from your failure to follow our care guidance. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
