How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within one to two working days. UK Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days, and UK Express 1–2. International orders arrive within 5–12 working days depending on destination. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Certainly. A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves our atelier, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been despatched, we will gladly update it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email us at info@crownselections.co with your order number and we will guide you through the simple return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within five working days.
Can I return a bespoke or made to order piece?
Bespoke commissions and made to order pieces are crafted specially for you and are therefore final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product & Care
How should I care for my pashmina?
Pure pashmina is dry clean only. Store it folded in the cotton dust bag provided, away from direct sunlight. With gentle care, the fibres soften beautifully and last a lifetime.
What size are your wraps?
Our wraps are a generous one size, measuring approximately 200 × 100 cm ample to wear as a wrap, scarf, or evening shawl.
Will my pashmina pill over time?
A little pilling is natural for any pure natural fibre and not a fault. It is easily remedied by gently passing a cashmere comb over the surface.
Is pashmina warm despite being so light?
Remarkably so. Changthangi pashmina measures just 12–16 microns, giving it exceptional insulating warmth with almost no weight what we call weightless warmth.

Is your pashmina genuine?
Every piece is 100% pure Changthangi pashmina, carries the Government of India Pashmina Mark, and arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity. No blends, no synthetics, no shortcuts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. With Klarna you may spread the cost over three interest free instalments at checkout, subject to eligibility.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order arrives in premium gift packaging with an artisan story card and Certificate of Authenticity included at no extra cost.
